Wow. Octobre already. No backblog activity yet.
Well, without trying to find excuses, it’s both because I’m still struggling finding out a compatible blog life. Evenings used to concentrate most of my previous blog life but stuff happened, even if some time ago. And growing stuff will now heartedly disagree having to share his dad with E-entities on evenings. Not to speak of competing prior stuff. Plus dad should work during the day already, and that’s not so school!
I certainly have some time between day-work and night-family, and this will certainly happen soon. Yet I’m at a transition, academically speaking, between post-doc and even more academic liability, and this is new to me. Really new. Maybe I shall rant more about academic life next. Would it?
I have much less time to devote to litterature at large: I really have to concentrate on getting as fast as I can the basics of a field completely new to me. Maybe I should see opportunity in this, and forget about plant life but stick into plant diseases. Would you mind? Or navigate through my own grainsandy additions to knowledge and write about easy stuff that I happened to work on? (Easy in the way that I know it already).
Last, I will certainly, because of commodity, turn more into nature-based blogging. Well, I thought that first, but I’m now leaving in a place where nature is strange and does only loosely relate to nature as I knew it. Most importantly, I don’t know all these species, but a few. Is it that of an issue or opportunity?
What do you think a new Seeds Aside should look like? What do you suggest? Please take time to comment upon and discuss it with me. It’s a blogging coffee break. Don’t worry if I take some time answering, next week I’m over there. Dunno if I’ll be connected…
