Link drift caused me yesterday to read a blog post (unfortunately, not a blog I knew, and I can’t remember anything allowing to get the link back now) investigating the publication rate for that blog over time.
I did the same for Seeds Aside (# of post / months spent since creation), and got this:
Strinkingly, the same thing seems to happen to Seeds Aside: the global trend is a decrease over time. Of course I knew this was happening, I simply had no idea this was so markedly going. Ah, time!
Then I decided to see what would happen If I dared a split. There’s been some drastic changes in time available for blogging in the previous year. (you know!).
The split does illustrate something (actually, I probably should have included data earlier than month #24, since dots around 20-23 seem to indicate ‘nesting’ time):
Following this, it appears that Seeds Aside may dry out completely sooner than predicted under the first hypothesis (time alone)… (okay, the null activity three consecutive months are pulling the regression down, and this has nothing to do with juvenile care).
But then, I realised about the ‘big’ left block at the very beginning. Thought I might be cycling things. Will it restart soon? Our bet!

It’s only a matter of time
I’ll try to fight any Alle effect for sure!
